You may be aware that at least one application has been made to convert The Lion to a residential dwelling. Parish Council would like to see the property remain as a pub for the village but would also like to obtain the villagers' views. If you feel you wish to contribute to the debate, please let any Parish Councillor know your views or contact the Parish Clerk. The likely options are to retain it as a pub, convert to other commercial use or convert to residential, either single or multiple occupancy.
The Parish Council has published these Guidelines for the use of the Burial Ground.
