The timings sound just fine. If I understand your email correctly, you are working to the rough timetable below:

week commencing 29 April: final questionnaire due with Anne @ SODC

early / mid May: final PDF ready to send to Culham

mid June: completed questionnaires due with Anne @ SODC mid June

This will leave us enough time to provide you with a draft PDF for you to review before we send you the final version for your printers.
I am attaching our questionnaire service offer as a reminder of what we are able to do to support you. When the final version of your questionnaire is ready, please email it through to me and I will get things going on our end.

We are piloting the questionnaire this week and expect final adjustments to
it by the end of next week. If I can send it to you in the week beginning
29th April for you to format for SNAP, would that be ok with you? Could you
let me know how long the formatting process takes?
We would then be looking at printing and distributing in May, and could
have completed questionnaires to you for beginning to mid-June for analysis.
