[Community] Culham Community Led Plan

Dear Lorraine

Following the parish council meeting last Monday, I am emailing you to
request some funding to go towards the development of our Community Led
Plan. The group (called Culham Community Group) was set up last February
and we have been publicising and consulting the parishioners at various
events and at a door to door consultation since then. We plan to devise and
distribute a full questionnaire in the early part of new year, and draw up
the final plan by the middle of next year. I am attaching our plan and
budget, and please have a look at the community group page on Culham's
website, where we have uploaded all our findings so far and minutes. As you
can see form the budget, we have a huge amount of time and work donated

also feel free to join the email group we have set up for communications
(details on the web page).

We are applying for grants from ORCC, and will ask the Big Society fund and
Awards for All for money too.  I have been told there is a Parish plan fund
- will this be from SODC or the County Council do you know?

As discussed, we are hoping you will be able to grant us some of your own
budget as County Councillor for the area. If you need any further
information, please let me know,
