[Community] Fireworks & bonfire this Saturday

Dear all

Please see below the timetable for Saturday. Helpers are needed at all
times specified; if you can help please just turn up at the Recreation
ground for any/all of the jobs. Any amount of help would be appreciated,
even just an hour.

Tasks and Timings for Fireworks display, Saturday 10th Oct 2012



10.00 – 14.00

Field work, erect marquee and shelters, put up barrier fence, pa system and
other general manual tasks.



12.00 – 18.00

Spyrotechnics to construct firing site, Access to this area will be
controlled through Karl Shead for Spyrotechnics.



17.30

Site opens for guests (assistance required for marshalling etc.)



18.00 – 18.15

Judge the Guy Fawkes



18.00 Until they have all gone

Hotdogs and Soup, The usual to many chefs and broth, however please be on
hand to assist should it start to get busy.



18.15 – 18.30

Lighting of the bonfire (The winner of the Guy Fawkes competition will
start the ignition system)



19.00

Pyrotechnical Display.



19.30

Show over, general clean up.



Sunday

10.00 onwards, continue with clean up, de-erect the site, (this will go on
until all is finished).

Then a couple of beers may be called for.
