sort of development they think the village needs (more bungalows, starter homes etc) and they can suggest locations where they think this would be suitable but they can't designate areas of land for development and I think Culham is too small to have to accept
any sizeable development. Also, I think the District and County Councils make decisions about where and on what developer contributions (sec 106 monies) are spent on - and this isn't always in the same village as the development [sad but often true – Anton].
The CLP group should get advice from the SODC about the wording of this introduction. <u></u><u></u></span></i></p>
