Subject: Fwd: Local Plan 2031 Refined Options Consultation
Dear all,
Please see below - local plan additional consultation. The final date for representation is tomorrow. What we have noticed is the significant housing development at Culham no 1 site. This could potentially fuel the further need for the road / bypass and we have made representations as a result.
Please forward to anyone else who might want to make representations.
Best wishes, sophie Wilson

Subject: Local Plan 2031 Refined Options Consultation
Dear Sir or Madam
South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2031 Refined Options
We are writing to let you know about a new consultation launched on our Local Plan. Local plans contain policies that are used when determining planning applications, and identify key locations for where major new planned housing developments will take place. We asked for your views on our emerging ideas for a new local plan, back in the summer of 2014. We’ve taken on board your views and the latest evidence to revise some of the options we asked about. We now want to gather further feedback on these revised options and further suggestions, with a consultation lasting until 2 April 2015.
The following documents are available to view and comment on at the council offices, all local libraries in South Oxfordshire and online at <http://www.southoxon.gov.uk/newlocalplan> www.southoxon.gov.uk/newlocalplan
· South Oxfordshire Local Plan 2031 Refined Options
· Sustainability Appraisal
Supporting evidence will also be available to view by visiting <http://www.southoxon.gov.uk/evidence> www.southoxon.gov.uk/evidence.
The consultation runs until Thursday 2 April 2015.
To respond we encourage you to fill in the online response form on our website at <http://www.southoxon.gov.uk/newlocalplan> www.southoxon.gov.uk/newlocalplan or email us your comments ( <mailto:planning.policy at southoxon.gov.uk> planning.policy at southoxon.gov.uk), as these are the quickest and cheapest methods of replying. However, if you prefer, comment forms are obtainable where the documents are available to view and on our web-site or letters can be sent to South Oxfordshire District Council, c/o Abbey House, Abingdon, OX14 3JE. Please be advised that all comments received will be available to the public to view.
If you have any queries or problems accessing this information please contact the Planning Policy Team via e-mail <mailto:planning.policy at southoxon.gov.uk> planning.policy at southoxon.gov.uk or on 01235 540546.
Yours faithfully,
