Dear Sam

Thank you for sending through Culham's draft questionnaire for the
council to review. I will send it to relevant teams and ask for feedback
and should be able to provide this to you by 28 March. I have copied in
Tom Mansfield from the county council as he has taken over from Kat and
will also be responding to the questionnaire for you.

As requested in my note to you below in January, as soon as you know
your timings for your questionnaire production and distribution /
collection please let me know key dates so that I can confirm that you
are able to use the council's SNAP service and agree a realistic
schedule. If you want to discuss this please give me a call.
