[Community] latest draft questionnaire

Dear all, 

Attached is a tidied up version of the questionnaire which Gordon, Justin &
I did more work on in the pub on Tuesday 5th Feb.

Justin, you were going to research speed restrictions, tolls etc for the
traffic question.

How are we going to finalise the questionnaire?

Dear all, 

Sorry for the delay on a new version of the questionnaire.

Gordon, Justin & I met on Tuesday 5th Feb to make changes based on comments
from Anton made at the previous meeting, and feedback from Gordon's son
Robert.

I need to tidy up these changes before I send it round for further comment,
and hope to do this at the weekend.
