[Community] Exception site for housing on recreation ground

Hi Lucy

CCG are drafting the questionniare at the moment, and we are going to ask a
question on housing (mentioning the housing needs survey) but also need
some facts on the proposed housing that could be built on recreatin ground.

I've looked through minutes but can't find whether the PC has formally
agreed to the housing being built on the recreation ground (PC need to do
this to make it an 'exception' site for SODC to approve).

Can you let me know if this is still to be decided, and or if it has, when
it was agreed. As I mentioned in the meeting in December, I have had two
villagers inquire about this and I am not sure of the position myself, so
would be glad to get it definetley.  Also to phrase a useful question, need
as much info as poss.
