Dear all,
Happy New Year! BODY { font-family:Arial, Helvetica,
sans-serif;font-size:12px; }
I am attaching draft questions in the Services area that was
allocated to me at our December meeting. I have spent very little
time on this because of the Christmas break, and it is based only on
the responses that are so far on the website, i.e. from initial
soundings & from the door to door consultations by me & Sam. I also
unfortunately haven't been able to go back to the e mail Justin sent
with guidance from Anton, because it is sitting on another computer,
so please see these questions as first draft only.
I think we should go back to the draft questions when we have all of
the door to door results available to us, since the door to door was
intended to inform the questionnaire.
I don't have any agenda items, I think we should focus on getting
most value from Anton's attendance & on moving the questionnaire
forward.
See you tomorrow for the meeting.
Katie

Happy New Year to everyone. I am preparing an agenda today so if
there are any items you would like on, please let me know. If those of
us who were charged with writing some inital drafts for questions have
prepared some, please email to all, so we can look at them before the
meeting tomorrow. I'll send mine in a separate email later today.
Anton is due to come to the meeting tomorrw evening, so we may not
have much time for loojking at all the draft questions, so even more
reason to send them out before the meeting so we can make comments
reasonably briefly. Please could you send anymore feedback from
the door to door asap to John Storrs, if you haven't already. John is
still uploading things on to the site, even though he can no longer
attend meetings on Tuesdays. Also there is no longer anyone to
co-ordinate the fuel-oil bulk buying in the village. If you use
fuel-oil would you consider taking up this as it is a very good
scheme and I think ORCC give guidance. thanks! Sam
