Dear all

Please see useful attachments from the district council. The SNAP service
looks useful to us, and needs booking in advance. I will speak to the
officer at SODC and see if we can book it for Q1 (Jan, Feb,Mar) or Q2 (Apr,
May, Jun) which is how they take bookings.

Sam

Hi Sam

Thank you for getting in touch, and apologies that it has taken a few
days for me to reply to you directly.

I have been hearing of your progress this year from Anton at ORCC as we
work closely together to support communities like yours through all the
stages of developing a community led plan. I am pleased that you are
getting close to the stage when you can start drafting your
questionnaire and would suggest that you continue to liaise with Anton,
and ensure that I and Kat Luddecke at county receive a copy of your
draft questionnaire before going to print so that we can gather comments
and feedback from teams across the councils. Please allow at least three
weeks for this process - it will be worth it to ensure that by asking
the right questions you are getting the right answers, which will help
when you draft your action plan.

To help you, I am attaching a document (Information for Groups in South
Oxfordshire) that gives some detail about what support the district
council can provide (it is also available on the clp website to
download). Please note that Emma's name is still on it, but she has now
left the council so please use me as your first point of contact.

I am also attaching our SNAP service offer - basically this is to help
you, should you want us to, with questionnaire design, layout and
analysis. Please have a look at the document and if this is of interest
let me know when you would like this service (which quarter) and I will
do my best to fit you into our schedule for next year. The attached
questionnaire timetable template may also be of use to you.

In terms of other grants available, I presume you have asked Anton to
point you in the direction of the most suitable potential sources? You
may be aware of OCVA (Oxfordshire Community & Voluntary Action)
http://www.oxnet.org.uk/ as they offer excellent funding advice and
support - you can contact David Bates, the Development Worker for South
Oxfordshire Groups on david.bates at ocva.org.uk or 01865 258912.

Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide, and
I look forward to working with you on the development of your
questionnaire and community led plan.

Best wishes
Anne

Dear Anne

Please see emails below.

I would be interested in any information you have, but particularly if
there are any funds we could apply for towards this? We are looking
for
somewhere in the region of £300-£500 at the moment. ORCC is considering
an
application from us and I need to give them some indication of where
other
fiunds may come from. I would really appreciate if you could give me
an
indication asap as I would like to get the grant bit moving with ORCC
as
alot of other work is dependent on this,

thanks and kind regards,
Sam

 Hello Sam

I'm sure we can support you in this. My colleague Anne Richardson will
be
able to advise, but Anne is out of the office now until Tuesday. I
have
asked her to respond to you directly when she is back.

Regards

Sally
