Dear Emma
 I am part of the steering group that has been set up as Culham Community
Group, and we intend to create a Community Led Plan, with support form the
Parish Council and ORCC.
 PLease could you give me any information you have about these plans, how
they fit in wiht the Local Commnity Strategy and any advice you have. We
are applying for a grnt from ORC and our local county councillor hs sent me
a form to apply for money from her.
