[Community] Suggestion boxes?

Dear all

As discussed at the last meeting, a door to door consultation will take place in early October. We need few more volunteers to do this, specifically for the Glebe the houses on A415, Colmoor farm cottages, Kingfisher barns area and farm. The format is to knock on doors, give a flyer, explain what CCG is and ask for any initial ideas for the plan ( like the post-it's we have been doing). The volunteers can note these down and tick the house off the list so we know how many houses have been visited. 
We have a number  of volunteers for the rest of village ( April- I put you down for the barns!). 
Please let me know of you can do  some of the other areas.

John - can you have a look at the skills survey I gave you and let me know people who ticked boxes for this type of task?
