[Community] Draft CCG budget for comment

	Hello all, 

	Attached is a draft budget for the first phase of the CCG funding. I
have put a few of the ideas on there but we can add as much as we feel
necessary. A few of the other groups have used this document as a
checklist for tasks to do. Perhaps we could brainstorm exactly what
we are planning on doing along with a timescale? I can then
incorporate that info into this document.

	Dear Culham Community Group   
	In case you haven't signed up to the email group on the Culham
website, I just wanted to let you all know that there is a meeting
scheduled this evening at 7.30 at the Waggon & Horses for the
community group, where we were going to look at the budget that
Justin was preparing.   
	I can't make it I'm afraid, and April Jones also sends her
apologies. As a result I haven't written an agenda.  
	Justin - is there a draft budget to look at?  
	I will see you all next meeting in August where I hope we can make
some progress on a door-to-door consultation throughout the parish.
