Yes, I have put together a first draft budget for discussion. I will bring
it along to the community event in Cassington unless we need to act sooner
for the funding?

Dear all

Dear Culham Community Group 

 

In case you haven't signed up to the email group on the Culham website, I
just wanted to let you all know that there is a meeting scheduled this
evening at 7.30 at the Waggon & Horses for the community group, where we
were going to look at the budget that Justin was preparing.

 

I can't make it I'm afraid, and April Jones also sends her apologies. As a
result I haven't written an agenda.

 

Justin - is there a draft budget to look at?

 

I will see you all next meeting in August where I hope we can make some
progress on a door-to-door consultation throughout the parish.

John (Storrs) - Please will you put these minutes, & the Profile of Culham
attached, on the website? As far as I know all the above email addresses
should be used for the generic email address you are creating for the group.


 

If anyone has any ideas of who may like to be secretary/joint secretary,
please let me or Hamish know. 

 

Councillors: The community group has been set up to create a community led
plan. Hopefully it will allow for the many ideas and wishes of the village
to come together in a useful & coherent form. We would appreciate your
input, please let me know if you can come along at any time. Also please let
me know if you would like to be included in the  further emails emanating
from this group.
