[Community] Meeting on Monday

Dear ALL,

The meeting tomorrow will need to look at setting a budget.  The budget
will include donations in kind, to be used as part of the match funding
process.

Oxfordshire Council Council, ORCC and SODC have money which we can possibly
ask for.

Suggestions have been put forward that there is a door-to-door survey done
in over the summer which will ask people some basic questions, abit like
the 'post-its' done at the original meeting.

The budget will include donations in kind, to be used as part of the match
funding process.

I have sent minutes and agenda to John to put on the site, sorry for late
notice.
